Ingredients :-

  • Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Arjun chaal - 1/2 tsp
  • Mulethi powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Pomegranate peels - Small pieces
  • Giloy stick - 6"
  • Tulsi Leaves - 8
  • Clove - 1
  • Cardamom - 1
  • Ginger - 4"
  • Black pepper - 2
  • Turmeric - 4"
  • Saunf - 1tsp
  • Pipal - 1
  • Water -2 glass
  • *Boil all in the water till 10 minutes, add 2 drops of cow ghee, cover it and boil again, now strain add 1 tsp lemon juice and drink hot.
